body pain and stress
I have been a client of Michael Clark’s for about three years (since 2017). I didn’t really understand acupuncture when I first found myself in Michael’s office. I just knew I had pain in my body that I wanted gone! Michael has a truly calming presence that I believe allows his patient to relax into their own body and allow the practice of acupuncture to take place. The right exchange of energy between the patient and practitioner is really part of the healing process. With a continued practice I have seen a tremendous growth of confidence in myself. Kidney Stones
Michael is a very skilled healer. I came to him after being diagnosed with
kidney stones. My Western doctor had prescribed narcotic pain killers and a drug to increase urination to help pass the stone. I was concerned as I did not know the size of the stone and was fearful that trying to pass a larger stone could cause damage or become lodged and lead to surgical intervention. Michael was attentive to my concerns. He treated me with herbs to break down the stone and electro-stimulation acupuncture to help my body pass the stone. I was able to pass the stone without pain killers and to manage the pain with additional acupuncture treatments. I am grateful that Michael was able to help me and would recommend his services to anybody.

Endometriosis and stress
After finding out I had endometriosis and had it surgically removed the only option my dr gave me to keep it from growing back was to take birth control. I had horrible experiences on birth control and did not want to take it so I began researching other options. Acupuncture was one of the recommendations. So that’s when I found Mike and Harmonized Health. I had never had acupuncture before so was leery and doubtful it would really help me. However, I was wrong. I have not had any symptoms that accompany endometriosis since beginning with Mike almost five years ago (2015). Some of the other benefits have been reduced anxiety and restful sleep. Mike has created a safe peaceful space to help people heal. He is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. He helps me with whatever ailments I’m dealing with, without judgement. I came to Michael Clark with long standing upper arm pain due to a tear in my rotator cuff. I had failed physical therapy and steroid injections.
