The Process
To get right to it we'll explain the process in detail here:
When you arrive we will sit and look at your tongue, an ancient observation technique that reveals the body and mind's most experienced states and what they are asking for to remedy the current situations that have you in for sessions.
I will devote a few moments deciphering the tongue's message and retrieving the appropriate herbs to prepare our tea. After speaking what your tongue communicated you will share more deeply and in detail about your current situation your past and future as they naturally come to the surface.
All of this fosters the opportunities to embrace your experiences as guiding elements on your journey of life and begin dissolving the body/mind attachments that make healing feel unlikely or even impossible.
Next, we will move into the alignment room where we will actively assist the release of those attachments with various techniques appropriate to the body's current asking's including energy work, light body work, guasha, cupping, far-infrared heat, sound, and/or drumming. At this point you will find yourself deeply relaxed and at ease, the prime time to introduce acupuncture to reset body and mind to align with the version of you that is happy content loving and healing.
We'll complete the session with warm tea water guiding the focus for the days to come until our next scheduled session to continue supporting the process of re-integrating your spirit into your body mind and life.
